The posting

Een bezoeker zoekt de juiste zaal, iemand heeft een vraag en een ander komt te dicht bij een schilderij. Jij helpt bezoekers op weg en houdt overzicht. Zo draag je bij aan een prettig museumbezoek én de bescherming van kunst.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je verwelkomt bezoekers, beantwoordt vragen en geeft extra informatie. • Je houdt toezicht in de zalen van drie musea in Dordrecht. • Je spreekt bezoekers vriendelijk en duidelijk aan als zij kunst willen aanraken of regels niet volgen. • Je helpt bij ontvangsten, openingen en speciale evenementen. • Je lost collega's af in de meldkamer en bekijkt beveiligingsbeelden.

Je werkt 10 tot 24 uur per week, van 19 oktober 2026 tot 18 oktober 2027. Je werkt wisselende diensten, ook in de avonden en weekenden. Je rooster is een maand vooraf bekend. Voor werken in weekenden en op feestdagen ontvang je een toeslag.

Functie-eisen: Je maakt makkelijk contact en vindt het fijn om bezoekers te helpen. Tegelijk blijf je alert en durf je iemand aan te spreken. Je denkt vooruit, zoekt naar oplossingen en werkt prettig samen met collega's.

Verder:

• Heb je een mbo-2 opleiding beveiliger en ervaring in de beveiliging. • Ben je flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de avonden en weekenden. • Is ervaring met het bekijken van beveiligingsbeelden mooi meegenomen.
