Als Medewerker Security zorg jij ervoor dat onze gasten en collega’s zich veilig voelen tijdens hun verblijf en werkdag in het park. Dankzij jouw alertheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en servicegerichte houding draag je bij aan een zorgeloze en ontspannen omgeving midden in de natuur. In deze rol ben je niet alleen een bewaker van de veiligheid, maar ook een gastheer in het park: iemand die rust uitstraalt, overzicht bewaart en op een natuurlijke manier respect en vertrouwen creëert bij gasten en collega’s.

Klinkt dit als jij?

  • Je straalt rust uit en weet in elke situatie kalm en professioneel te blijven.
  • Je voelt je een echte gastheer of gastvrouw: je zoekt niet de confrontatie, maar houdt wel een scherp oog op orde en veiligheid.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, verantwoordelijk, beschikbaar voor dagwerk en flexibel inzetbaar (ook ’s avonds, in het weekend en op feestdagen).
  • Je hebt een blanco strafregister, algemeen bekwaamheidsattest bewakingsagent, ehbo/reanimatiediploma en een attest van psychotechnisch onderzoek

Jouw dagelijkse impact:

  • Je voert veiligheidsrondes uit in het park en ziet erop toe dat de veiligheids- en parkregels worden nageleefd.
  • Je reageert snel en professioneel op incidenten, alarmmeldingen of noodsituaties en schakelt indien nodig hulpdiensten in.
  • Je staat gasten en collega’s vriendelijk te woord, biedt ondersteuning en draagt bij aan een veilige en gastvrije sfeer in het park.
  • Je registreert incidenten en bijzonderheden zorgvuldig in rapportages en volgt procedures correct op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen om de orde, veiligheid en rust in het park te bewaken.
