Unique - - - uur - - - - - uur - - - - Medewerker Bezwaar Locatie Als medewerker bezwaar bij UWV in Alkmaar draag je bij aan een zorgvuldige en rechtvaardige behandeling van bezwaarschriften binnen het sociaal zekerheidsrecht en de Algemene wet bestuursrecht (Awb). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen dossiers en werkt nauw samen met collega's zoals juristen, arbeidsdeskundigen en verzekeringsartsen. Je zorgt ervoor dat cliënten zich gehoord en geholpen voelen, terwijl je bijdraagt aan een cultuur van professionaliteit en samenwerking. Wat je gaat doen: - Beoordelen: je analyseert en beoordeelt bezwaarschriften op basis van wet- en regelgeving, inclusief de Awb en sociale zekerheidswetten. - Beslissingen opstellen: je stelt heldere en goed onderbouwde beslissingen op bezwaar (BOB) op, waarbij je de rechtspositie van de cliënt vastlegt. - Hoorzittingen leiden: je treedt op als voorzitter bij hoorzittingen en zorgt voor een respectvolle en duidelijke communicatie. - Overleggen: je wint advies in bij deskundigen en stemt af met interne en externe belanghebbenden om tot de beste oplossingen te komen. - Caseload beheren: je bewaakt het overzicht over je eigen dossiers en zorgt voor een tijdige en kwalitatieve afhandeling van zaken.
