Als Medewerker Bezwaar en Beroep zorg je ervoor dat bezwaar- en beroepszaken binnen het maatschappelijk domein zorgvuldig, rechtmatig en met oog voor de situatie van de inwoner worden behandeld. Met jouw juridische kennis en adviesvaardigheden lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan goed bestuur, kwalitatieve besluitvorming en betrouwbare dienstverlening. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Bezwaar en Beroep vervul je een belangrijke rol binnen het maatschappelijk domein. Je behandelt bezwaar- en beroepszaken van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers juridisch goed onderbouwd zijn. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de regels, maar ook naar wat de situatie vraagt. Je stelt verweerschriften op, bereidt zittingen voor en vertegenwoordigt de gemeente in beroepsprocedures. Samen met kwaliteitsadviseurs en collega's uit de uitvoering verdiep je je in de inhoud van de dossiers om tot een zorgvuldige belangenafweging te komen. Je weet wanneer een formele aanpak nodig is en wanneer een informele oplossing beter past. Daarnaast: - signaleer en analyseer je ontwikkelingen, trends en knelpunten binnen bezwaar- en beroepszaken; - vertaal je wet- en regelgeving naar heldere richtlijnen, werkafspraken en uitvoerbare kaders; - adviseer je over juridische en beleidsmatige aspecten van complexe dossiers; - onderzoek je uitvoeringsvraagstukken en doe je voorstellen om processen en werkwijzen te ver...
