Medewerker binderij Als medewerker Binderij ben je samen met je collega's van de Binderij verantwoordelijk voor de vervaardiging van bloemdecoraties en het klaarzetten van groendecoraties welke door de klant gewenst en besteld zijn en welke gebruikt en geplaatst worden op de door de klant doorgegeven evenementlocatie. Taken/verantwoordelijkheden: - Het vervaardigen van binnengekomen bestellingen vanaf het bord Binderij; - Het uitvoeren van het gehele proces van Binderij pak(werk)bon tot oplevering order. Dit houdt in: - Het verzamelen van ondergronden en accessoires; - Het bloemwerk klaar maken; - Het bloemwerk voorzien van een juiste omschrijving (zodat het voor partijbouwers duidelijk is waar dit op het evenement precies geplaatst moet worden); - Het bloemwerk ordenen op karren en deze karren sealen; - De Binderij pak(werk)bon controleren met de uitgebrachte offerte. - Het retour bloemwerk en accessoires van partijen ordenen en opruimen. Wanneer nodig dit ook schoonmaken (wassen); - Het controleren/checken van bloemen vanaf de bestellijst (om na te gaan of de bestelde soorten en hoeveelheden juist geleverd zijn); - Het zorgdragen voor een nette en schone werkruimte; - Het bijhouden en nalopen van de showroom voor wat betreft bloemwerk en planten / bomen; - Ondersteuning bieden in de verzorging van de planten in de plantenkas; - Optioneel ondersteuning bieden in de kantoorwerkzaamheden van de Binderij. solliciteren Geïnteresseerd?
