Een veelzijdige fulltime functie in de makelaardij Als medewerker binnendienst ben je een belangrijk eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en relaties. Je hebt dagelijks contact met verkopers, kopers en andere betrokken partijen en ondersteunt onze makelaars gedurende het gehele aan- en verkoopproces. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je plant afspraken en bezichtigingen, onderhoudt contact met klanten, ondersteunt bij woningpresentaties en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers en administratieve processen zorgvuldig worden bijgehouden. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met onze makelaars en collega's op kantoor. Wat ga je doen? Binnen deze fulltime binnendienstfunctie houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Telefonisch en per e-mail contact onderhouden met klanten en relaties; - Bezichtigingen, afspraken en agenda's plannen en coördineren; - Makelaars ondersteunen bij verkoop- en aankooptrajecten; - Woningdossiers voorbereiden en administratief begeleiden; - Meewerken aan woningpresentaties en de aanmelding van nieuw woningaanbod; - Contact onderhouden met notarissen, fotografen en andere betrokken partijen; - Zorgen voor een gastvrije en professionele ontvangst op kantoor. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van klantcontact en graag werkt in een dynamische omgeving.
