Voor een groeiende organisatie in Utrecht-West zoeken wij een Medewerker Binnendienst voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. Een veelzijdige functie waarin klantcontact, commercie en administratie samenkomen en waarin je volop ruimte krijgt om mee te denken.

Dagelijks ben je bezig met klanten, orders en uiteenlopende commerciële en administratieve werkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat vragen snel worden opgepakt, bestellingen goed worden verwerkt en klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn.

Tegelijkertijd is de organisatie volop in ontwikkeling. Processen kunnen slimmer, werkwijzen efficiënter en goede ideeën zijn welkom. Daarom zoeken we iemand die niet alleen zorgvuldig uitvoert, maar ook ziet waar iets beter kan en daar initiatief in neemt.

Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar hard wordt gewerkt, veel wordt gelachen en collega's elkaar gemakkelijk weten te vinden. De lijnen zijn kort en je wordt vanaf het begin echt onderdeel van het team. Wat ga je doen?

Als Medewerker Binnendienst ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten en de verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Je houdt overzicht over aanvragen en orders, bewaakt afspraken en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Telefonisch en per e-mail beantwoorden van klantvragen; • Persoonlijk en servicegericht adviseren en ondersteunen van klanten; • Aannemen, verwerken en coördineren van orders; • Bewaken van levertijden, afspraken en de voortgang van bestellingen; • Controleren en correct verwerken van klant- en ordergegevens; • Opstellen en ondersteunen bij offertes, prijsopgaven en commerciële aanvragen; • Verwerken van retouren en oplossen van vragen die daarbij ontstaan; • Onderhouden van contact met klanten over lopende bestellingen en aanvragen; • Signaleren van commerciële mogelijkheden tijdens klantcontact; • Afstemmen met verschillende interne afdel
