We leveren slimme en hoogwaardige glasoplossingen voor zowel de bouwsector als particulieren. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je werkt samen met verschillende klanten, afdelingen en vestigingen, elk met hun eigen dynamiek. Innovatie, klantgerichtheid en samenwerking staan bij ons centraal. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten én de verbindende schakel tussen verkoop, productie en logistiek. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt. Je: hebt dagelijks contact met klanten via telefoon, e-mail en ontvangt klanten aan de balie verwerkt orders zorgvuldig en zorgt dat deze op tijd de productie in gaan bereid de transporten voor bewaakt leveringen en schakelt met leveranciers zorgt samen met je collega's voor een optimale klantbeleving Kort gezegd: jij houdt de lijnen kort, het overzicht scherp en de klanten tevreden. Wie ben jij? Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en energie krijgt van een goed georganiseerde werkdag. Je werkt nauwkeurig, schakelt snel en denkt in oplossingen.
