Medewerker Binnendienst en Inkoop Commerciële binnendienst |orderverwerking | inkoop en logistieke planning W&R Plastics |Apeldoorn 32-38 uur per week| € 3.250 tot € 3.750 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 38 uur) Jouw rol Bij W&R Plastics draait veel om de vraag achter de aanvraag. Een klant zoekt bijvoorbeeld een masterbatch met een specifieke kleur of eigenschap. Jij zorgt dat de vraag op de juiste plek terechtkomt, stemt af met de buitendienst en onze technische specialisten, vraagt zo nodig informatie op bij leveranciers en koppelt een duidelijk antwoord terug aan de klant. Je maakt offertes, verwerkt orders en bewaakt de opvolging. Ongeveer 70% van je tijd werk je op de commerciële binnendienst. Dat betekent hier vooral goed luisteren, meedenken en afspraken zorgvuldig uitvoeren. Je belt ook offertes na en ziet wanneer een bestaande klant opnieuw iets nodig heeft of geholpen is met een aanvullende oplossing. Je hoeft geen koude acquisitie te doen. De andere 30% ondersteun je de inkoop en logistieke planning.
