Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! - Contracturen 40 uur - Werklocatie Blaricum - Opleiding of ervaring MBO/HBO - Salarisindicatie 3.000,- tot 4.300,- Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst fungeer jij als een spin in het web. Jij bent in staat om meerdere ballen in de lucht te houden en constant te schakelen met klanten, banken, makelaars, notarissen, verzekeraars en serviceprovider. Wat ga je doen? - Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor bestaande en toekomstige klanten; telefonisch, persoonlijk en/of via elektronische kanalen - Je bent de schakel tussen de adviseur en de klant - Je bewaakt zelfstandig de voortgang van het dossier; vanaf de aanvraag van de adviseur tot aan het passeren bij de notaris - Indien nodig neem je zelfstandig contact op met de betrokken partijen - Je verzorgt alle voorkomende nazorg werkzaamheden - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een volledig en correct afgehandeld dossier - Je verzorgt alle voorkomende administratieve zaken en kantoorwerkzaamheden in de ruimste zin van het woord - Je werkt aan de hand van vooraf opgestelde procedures en het in 1x goed principe - Je neemt actief deel aan werkbesprekingen/intern overleg - Je werkt actief samen met collega's Wat krijg je? - Een plek in een groeiende organisatie met toekomstperspectief - Een salaris tussen € 3.000,- en € 4.300,- bruto per maand (op fulltime basis), afhankelijk van ervaring - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband - 25 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis - Vakantiegeld 8% - Reiskostenvergoeding van 0,19 per kilometer (vanaf 10 kilometer) - Loyaliteitsbonus van 1% p...
