Voor een organisatie binnen de verpakkingsbranche zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en servicegerichte professional. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, accountmanagers en interne afdelingen. Dankzij jouw commerciële inzicht, organisatorische vaardigheden en klantgerichte aanpak verlopen aanvragen, offertes en orders soepel en efficiënt.

Goed om te weten: dit is een vaste baan waarbij je rechtstreeks in dienst treedt bij de opdrachtgever.

Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Binnendienst beheer je een eigen klantenportefeuille binnen de sectoren food, industrie en horeca. Je onderhoudt intensief contact met klanten, adviseert over passende verpakkingsoplossingen en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze verwerking van aanvragen en orders. Je komt te werken in een team van 12 personen waarvan 4 collega's dezelfde functie hebben als medewerker binnendienst.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Onderhouden van telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten; - Opstellen, verwerken en opvolgen van offertes en orders; - Begeleiden van maatwerktrajecten en adviseren over de meest geschikte oplossingen; - Bieden van uitstekende service en verzorgen van aftersales; - Intensief samenwerken met collega's van onder andere sales, inkoop en administratie; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en marktontwikkelingen; - Beheren, onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties.

Met jouw commerciële blik en servicegerichte instelling draag je actief bij aan duurzame klantrelaties én de verdere groei van de organisatie.
