Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst Particulier ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt hen met vragen over particuliere verzekeringen, ondersteunt bij administratieve werkzaamheden en leert steeds meer over verzekeringen en financieel advies. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de vraag van de klant: je signaleert kansen en denkt mee over hoe we onze klanten nóg beter kunnen helpen. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Je bent een eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en staat hen vriendelijk en professioneel te woord, zowel telefonisch, per e-mail als op kantoor; - Je helpt klanten met vragen over hun particuliere verzekeringen en voert, zodra je de benodigde Wft-certificaten hebt behaald, steeds zelfstandiger klantgesprekken; - Je verwerkt wijzigingen en klantgegevens nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie op orde is; - Je werkt nauw samen met de adviseurs binnen het kantoor en ondersteunt hen waar nodig.
