Ben je administratief sterk, klantgericht en voel je je thuis in verzekeringen voor KMO-klanten?

Dan is deze functie als medewerker binnendienst verzekeringen het bekijken waard.

Je komt terecht in een klein team van 4 collega’s dat instaat voor het dagelijkse beheer van KMO-klanten. Je werkt vooral vanop de binnendienst en hebt veel contact met klanten via telefoon en mail.

Je helpt klanten verder met vragen rond hun verzekeringsdossiers, volgt wijzigingen op en zorgt dat alles administratief correct verwerkt wordt. Je luistert goed, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt dat klanten snel en duidelijk geholpen worden.

Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met je collega’s binnen het team. Omdat het om een kleine ploeg gaat, is het belangrijk dat je informatie correct doorgeeft, dossiers goed opvolgt en mee zorgt dat klanten niet tussen twee stoelen vallen.

Deze job past bij iemand die graag klantencontact combineert met nauwkeurige administratie. Geen pure verkoopfunctie, wel een binnendienstrol waar service, opvolging en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan.

  • Je bent klantgericht en servicegericht.
  • Je kan dossiers correct opvolgen.
  • Je werkt graag samen in een klein team.
  • Je kan zelfstandig taken opnemen binnen je dossiers.
  • Je houdt overzicht en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende vragen.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, discreet en professioneel in klantencontact.
