Medewerker bloedafname Gouda Medisch & bloedinzameling Gouda 16-28 uur Als Medewerker bloedafname/Specialist bloedinzameling ben jij de eerste onmisbare schakel in de weg van het bloed van donor tot patiënt. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele bloedafname proces van de donor. Nieuwsgierig? Lees snel verder! Om te zorgen voor een beter leven van de patiënt kunnen we niet zonder onze donors. En we kunnen niet zonder jou. Wat je gaat doen Als onze parttime specialist bloedinzameling verzorg je het gehele bloedafnameproces. En daar komt veel bij kijken: - Donors warm, met zorg en een glimlach verwelkomen en registreren; - Onderhoudt de donorrelatie tijdens de inzameling; - Ontvangt, keurt en begeleidt (aspirant-)donors en neemt bloed(componenten) af; - Verzorgen van medische keuring van bloed- en plasmadonors; - Venapuncties verrichten; - Doen van lichte technische- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden; - Donorregistratie en contact met onze donors voor het plannen van vervolg afspraken. Als specialist bloedinzameling maak je deel uit van een hecht team. Samen met je collega's draag je zorg voor het gehele afnameproces waarbij je goed let op de fysieke en emotionele gesteldheid van de donors. Sanquin vindt kwaliteit erg belangrijk en daarom zijn de werkzaamheden die je uitvoert vastgelegd in procedures. Het is van belang dat je het prettig vindt hiermee te werken en daar secuur mee omgaat. Deze manier van werken word je geleerd tijdens de interne opleiding die jij bij Sanquin krijgt. Binnen deze functie rapporteer je aan de Locatie manager. Waar je gaat werken Sanquin is een not-for-profit-organisatie die verantwoordelijk is voor de behoefte aan bloed en bloedproducten in Nederland. Naast het afnemen, verwerken en uitgeven van bloedproducten, produceert Sanquin geneesmiddelen uit plasma. Een veilige productie en levering van bloedproducten voor de behandeling van patiënten staat voorop met het in acht nemen van de goede gesteld...
