Kom werken bij HMC! Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker pre-analyse ben jij het eerste gezicht voor onze patiënten. Jij ontvangt hen bij de balie, controleert de verwijzingen en neemt bloed af. Met jouw gastvrije houding en communicatieve vaardigheden stel je patiënten gerust: of het nu gaat om kinderen, ouderen of mensen die de Nederlandse taal niet goed spreken. Onze afdeling bloedafname is dynamisch en afwisselend. Je werkt niet alleen op de poli, maar gaat ook mee met de "prikploeg" naar de afdelingen. Daarnaast verdeel je materialen richting het lab of andere ziekenhuizen. Dankzij jouw flexibele houding kun je worden ingezet op verschillende locaties: in onze drie ziekenhuizen, bij prikposten in de regio en soms zelfs bij mensen thuis. Jouw werkdag begint om 7:00 of 8:00, en je werkt 8 uur op een dag met uiteraard een pauze. Inwerktraject en doorgroei We weten dat deze baan hectisch kan zijn. Daarom zorgen we voor een stevig inwerktraject. Je wordt gekoppeld aan ervaren collega's die je de eerste maanden begeleiden en je vaste aanspreekpunt zijn. Wil je jezelf daarna verder ontwikkelen? Dat kan bij ons! Via het Landsteiner Leerhuis en interne klinische lessen krijg je de kans om je kennis en vaardigheden te verdiepen. Wij vragen Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je hebt een zorgdiploma op minimaal mbo 3 niveau, bijvoorbeeld verpleegkundige, doktersassistent of medisch analist; - Je hebt een venapunctie-certificaat; - Je bent minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar (inclusief eens per 6 weken een weekenddienst); - Je hebt bij voorkeur een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer; - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands; - Je bent flexibel, patiëntvriendelijk en enthousiast; - Je werkt makkelijk met computers en ...
