Alles wat je doet, is gericht opbetrouwbare en onderscheidende diagnostiek. Want achter elk buisje bloed, achter elkingeleverd monster, achter elke prik, achter elke echo en elk onderzoek zit een verhaal.Een gevoel. Een mens. En dat weten we. Daarom doen we wat we doen. Omdat wegeloven dat elke vraag onze speciale aandacht verdient voor een helder en betrouwbaarantwoord. Wij van Star-shl brengen duidelijkheid. Voor de mens achter diagnostiek. En jijbent als medewerk(st)er bloedafname hier een belangrijke en voor patiënten vaak eerstecontactpersoon in. Een greep uit hoe jij dagelijks een bijdrage levert aan het brengen vanduidelijkheid en een helder en betrouwbaar antwoord:Je verzorgt de bloedafname van patiënten op onze locaties en bij patiënten thuis. Depatiënten mogen vanaf 07.00 uur aan huis geprikt worden. Vervolgens ga je naar jouwbloedafname locatie; • Naast het verzorgen van de bloedafname, zorg je er uiteraard ook voor dat deze op dejuiste manier worden geregistreerd en gecodeerd. Dit gaat allemaal via een app die opje werk telefoon staat geïnstalleerd; • De afgenomen bloedbuizen zet je klaar voor je collega's van de medische logistiek, diehet afgenomen materiaal naar ons laboratorium in Rotterdam brengen. • Tijdens jouw inwerkperiode doorloop je in de eerste 4 weken een opleidingsprogrammawaarin je wordt meegenomen in onze protocollen en werkwijze door onze opleidersbloedafname en inwerkbegeleiders.
