Werken bij Pantein Medewerker Bloedafname Maasziekenhuis Beugen In overleg € 2.630 / € 3.724 Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker bloedafname verricht je bloedafname bij patiënten waarvoor bloedonderzoek is aangevraagd. Je werkzaamheden als medewerker bloedafname bij Pantein zijn onder meer: - Bloedafnames in het ziekenhuis, bij de patiënten thuis en op een aantal verschillende locaties in de regio buiten het Maasziekenhuis; - Zorgen voor de juiste afname, transport en verwerking van het monstermateriaal, waarmee een bijdrage wordt geleverd aan het kwaliteitsproces. Je wordt als het ware het 'gezicht' van het laboratorium binnen en buiten de muren van het ziekenhuis. Wat vragen we van jou? - Diploma doktersassistente of Verzorgende IG; - Affiniteit met het verrichten van bloedafnames; - Je beschikt over goede sociale- en communicatieve vaardigheden en denkt en handelt service- en klantgericht; - Je werkt georganiseerd en bent stressbestendig; - Je kunt zowel goed zelfstandig als in teamverband werken, denkt oplossingsgericht en gaat problemen en knelpunten niet uit de weg; - Je hebt ervaring met en kennis van computergebruik; - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs en auto; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar qua dagen en tijden; - Voor deze functie is een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) vereist. De kosten die je maakt voor deze aanvraag worden door ons vergoed. Wat bieden we jou? - Het salaris wordt, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring, ingeschaald in FWG 35 van de cao Ziekenhuizen (minimaal € 2.578,- / maximaal € 3.651,- bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek); - Een goede pensioenregeling, vakantiegeld 8,33% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% (bijna gelijk aan een 13de maand); - In eerste instantie ontvang je een tijdelijk dienstverband voor een jaar, met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling bij wederzijds goedbevinden; - Een baan in een veelzijdige organisatie; - Alle ruimte om goed ingewerkt te worden in een hecht team; ...
