Voor onze locaties in Amsterdam zoeken wij enthousiaste en gedreven medewerkers die flexibel inzetbaar zijn, alle diensten kunnen draaien en willen bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ons team en onze processen. Vanwege de aard van het werk, de investering in onze interne opleiding en het belang van continuïteit binnen ons team, zoeken wij collega's die zich voor langere tijd aan Sanquin willen verbinden. Als Specialist Bloedinzameling (Medewerker Bloedafname) zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat donors een positieve ervaring hebben en graag blijven terugkomen. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige donorproces: van ontvangst en begeleiding tot bloedafname en nazorg. Daarbij houd je voortdurend oog voor de gezondheid en het welzijn van de donor. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Donors warm, professioneel en gastvrij ontvangen en begeleiden; - Medische keuringen uitvoeren in samenwerking met de donorarts; - Bloed- en plasma-afnames uitvoeren met moderne apparatuur; - Medische nazorg bieden en de conditie van donors bewaken; - Zorgen voor een schone, veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving; - Nieuwe donors werven en bestaande donorrelaties versterken.
