Als Productiemedewerker kom je te werken in een dynamische omgeving waarin je jouw talenten kunt benutten en kunt bijdragen aan het succes van ons bedrijf. Wat ga jij doen: Als Productiemedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van diverse productiewerkzaamheden in onze kas. Je zorgt voor het oogsten, verpakken en controleren van de snijbloemen volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en zorgt voor een efficiënte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Je hebt oog voor detail en draagt bij aan een schone en opgeruimde werkomgeving. Wat voor ervaring neem jij mee? - Je hebt ervaring in de productie, met voorkeur in de bloemen of planten; - Je hebt een gemotiveerde indruk en hebt de energie om lange dagen te werken; - Je bent bereid om over te werken wanneer dit nodig is; - Vroeg opstaan is geen probleem voor jou! Wat krijg jij? - Een salaris tussen de €2.000 en €2.100 op basis van opleiding en ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 Vakantiedagen; - Mogelijkheid tot doorgroeien.
