Jij zorgt ervoor dat bloemen en planten onder de beste omstandigheden kunnen groeien. Dit doe je met een groep collega's waar je ook veel contact meet hebt. Om de planten goed te kunnen laten groeien heb je onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden: - Beheren en controleren van klimaat en waterniveau. - Afstemmen van de juiste voedingsniveaus. - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe rassen en verbetering van processen. Je werkt hierbij van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Je start om 07:30 en om 16:30 zit het werk voor die dag er weer op. Wat wij bieden - Salaris tussen € 2.697,00 en € 2.958,00 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week. - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km vanaf 10 km. - Afwisselende rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid. - Een bedrijf waar jouw kennis en input gewaardeerd worden. - En dat is nog niet alles.
