Medewerker boekhouding - Locatie: Maaseik

Ben jij een cijfermatig sterke administratieve kracht die graag orde schept in financiële dossiers? Voor onze financiële dienst in Maaseik zijn we op zoek naar een medewerker boekhouding die zorgt voor de correcte en tijdige verwerking van boekingen en administratieve stromen. Je ondersteunt ons team en draagt bij aan een vlotte financiële afhandeling van de dagelijkse activiteiten.

Kernvragen:

  • Heb je al enkele jaren ervaring binnen een boekhoudafdeling?
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en heb je oog voor administratieve processen?
  • Ben je leergierig en neem je graag het voortouw waar nodig?

Wat ga je doen?

  • Inboeken van inkomende facturen en bijhouden van de financiële dagboeken.
  • Volgen van openstaande debiteuren en versturen van aanmaningen.
  • Opstellen en verzenden van verkoopfacturen.
  • Controleren en beheren van kredietlimieten.
  • Voorbereiden en verwerken van betalingen aan leveranciers.
  • Ondersteunen bij periodieke aangiftes zoals btw, Intrastat en Prodcom.
  • Aanleveren van gegevens voor de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Bewaken van brutomarges en bijhouden van kostprijzen in het ERP-systeem.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve en boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, heb je enkele jaren ervaring op een boekhoudafdeling; ervaring in de bouwsector is een plus. Je hebt een diploma Bachelor in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige bekwaamheid. Je bent:

  • Nauwkeurig en sterk in administratieve processen.
  • Proactief en leergierig.
  • Communicatief vaardig en een echte teamspeler.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaren met boekhoudsoftware; kennis van Briljant Account/Administrator is een meerwaarde.
  • Bedreven in Excel en stressbestendig met het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
