Hoe ziet de functie eruit?

Sterk met cijfers, nauwkeurig in administratie én klaar voor een volgende stap? Werk jij graag in een internationale omgeving waar je impact maakt op de financiële processen van een marktleider? Dan ben jij misschien wel onze nieuwe medewerker boekhouding!

Je maakt deel uit van ons Finance-team en ondersteunt mee de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige processen. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

• Controleren, codificeren en verwerken van aankoopfacturen met betrekking tot direct spend.

• Beheren en opvolgen van factuurstromen en procedures binnen Microsoft Dynamics AX.

• Uitvoeren van analyses en rapporteringen, voornamelijk in Excel.

• Maandelijkse afstemming van intercompanyfacturen.

• Ondersteunen van collega’s binnen debiteurenbeheer, general ledger-boekhouding en indirect spend.

• Bijdragen aan een correcte en efficiënte financiële administratie.

• Je beschikt minimaal over een opleiding Handel, Administratie of Boekhouding

• Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring opgebouwd binnen boekhouding of financiële administratie.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen.

• Je bent proactief, hands-on en denkt oplossingsgericht.

• Je blijft efficiënt werken, ook wanneer deadlines dichterbij komen.

• Je hebt ervaring met MS Office en ERP-systemen; ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics AX is een pluspunt.

• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is mooi meegenomen.
