Voor een professionele organisatie in de regio Herentals zoeken we een Medewerker Boekhouding – AP die verantwoordelijk wordt voor een correcte verwerking en opvolging van de leveranciersboekhouding. Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met een proactieve aanpak en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen leveranciers, aankoop, logistiek en finance.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je verwerkt en controleert inkomende leveranciersfacturen van handelsgoederen op een correcte en tijdige manier.
  • Je vergelijkt facturen met bestellingen, leveringen en afgesproken prijzen en onderneemt actie bij afwijkingen.
  • Je onderhoudt professioneel contact met leveranciers en interne afdelingen om openstaande kwesties efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert orderbevestigingen en volgt retouren en bijhorende creditnota’s nauwgezet op.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond leveranciersfacturen en crediteurenbeheer.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en draagt bij aan een efficiënte financiële administratie.
  • Je beschikt over een opleiding in boekhouding of hebt relevante ervaring binnen een financiële of administratieve functie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt een sterk oog voor detail.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en onderhoudt vlot professionele contacten met leveranciers en collega's.
  • Je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en gaat zelfstandig op zoek naar oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en bent vlot met administratieve en financiële systemen.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis Frans; kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
