Binnen een financieel gezonde en toekomstgerichte organisatie waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en een warme bedrijfscultuur centraal staan, ondersteun je de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige en administratieve processen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Finance Manager en verschillende interne afdelingen om een correcte en efficiënte verwerking van financiële en administratieve gegevens te garanderen.

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Inboeken van financiële verrichtingen.
  • Opvolgen van betalingen en openstaande klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen.
  • Assisteren bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Voorbereiden van administratieve en boekhoudkundige verplichtingen.
  • Ondersteunen van externe auditor, financieel management en calculatieafdeling.
  • Meewerken aan rapporteringen en analyses.
  • Beheren van inkomende en uitgaande e-mails en post.
  • Opvolgen en beheren van documenten en administratieve dossiers.
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning van verschillende afdelingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij praktische en organisatorische taken binnen het bedrijf.
  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Boekhouding of gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Eerste relevante werkervaring is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en discreet.
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Klantvriendelijk, communicatief en professioneel.
  • Oog voor detail en respect voor deadlines.
  • Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Goed analytisch denkvermogen.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft 365, met focus op Excel; ervaring met Exact Globe is een pluspunt.
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig in de regio.
