The posting

Als Medewerker Boekhouding & Administratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de Finance Manager bij diverse boekhoudkundige en administratieve taken. Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking en controle van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen en volgt betalingen en openstaande rekeningen op. Daarnaast assisteer je bij het afsluiten van de maand, het kwartaal en het jaar en bereid je verschillende administratieve en boekhoudkundige verplichtingen voor.

Op een doorsnee werkdag start je met het verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen, het inboeken van financiële verrichtingen en het opvolgen van betalingen. Je beheert inkomende en uitgaande e-mails en post, organiseert administratieve dossiers en ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen met hun administratieve vragen. Je werkt samen met de calculatieafdeling en helpt bij rapporteringen en analyses. Ook ondersteun je de externe auditor en het financieel management waar nodig.

  • Je beschikt over een graduaat, professionele bachelor, academische bachelor of master
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een boekhoudkundige of administratieve functie (starter tot senior welkom)
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je bent communicatief en kan goed samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen
  • Je kan vlot overweg met courante computerprogramma's
