The posting

Als medewerker boekhouding heb je een basiskennis boekhouding. Je ondersteunt je collega’s van Finance voor een nauwkeurige en correcte boekhouding, gaande van invoeren van facturen tot de dagelijkse communicatie richting klanten, derden en medewerkers. Bij opstartfase kan je rekenen op voldoende hulp en ondersteuning van je directe collega’s. Kortom, in een klein Accounting team zet je mee de schouders onder de boekhouding.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Inboeken van aan- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Uitvoeren van betalingen aan leveranciers en derden.
  • Verzorgen van de facturatie en ondersteuning bieden bij debiteurenopvolging.
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning betreft boekhouding: mailboxbeheer en beheer van in- en uitgaande post.

Daarnaast zal je af en toe worden ingezet als ondersteuning aan de receptie. Je bent niet bang om nieuwe zaken te leren, want met je neemt deeltaken met een glimlach op.

Als medewerker boekhouding herken jij jezelf in onderstaande:

  • In het bezit van enkele jaren ervaring binnen een soortgelijke functie (ondersteunende boekhouding/boekhouder).
  • Jij kan vlot werken met MS Office en Outlook.
  • Een passie voor werken met cijfers, gekoppeld aan zeer nauwkeurige administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Jij kan je perfect behelpen in het Nederlands en hebt een deftige basiskennis van het Frans.
  • Zelfstandig werken is iets wat jou aanspreekt, maar je houdt er anderzijds ook van om in team te sparren over de dagdagelijkse zaken.
  • Een gezonde dosis doorzettingsvermogen en een positieve ingesteldheid om mee te zorgen voor een leuke werksfeer op kantoor.
