Unique Menen zoekt voor zijn klant in Ieper een medewerker boekhouding & personeelsadministratie

Voor een stabiel en groeiend familiebedrijf in de regio Ieper is Unique Menen op zoek naar een medewerker boekhouding & personeelsadministratie die mee wil bouwen aan een professionele organisatie met een warme, no-nonsense sfeer.

Jouw job

In deze veelzijdige functie vervul je een sleutelrol binnen het bedrijf. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zowel de financiële opvolging als de personeelsadministratie vlot en correct verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en externe partners en bent een vertrouwenspersoon binnen de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Volledige boekhouding van A tot Z
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen en financiële analyses
  • Ondersteunen van het management met heldere inzichten
  • Contact met accountant, sociaal secretariaat en andere externe partners
  • Beheer van loonadministratie en personeelsdossiers

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in boekhouding/financiën of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Ervaring in boekhouding is een absolute must
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en verantwoordelijk
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt graag initiatief
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega’s
