FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij nauwkeurig, administratief sterk en heb je een passie voor cijfers? Werk je graag gestructureerd en neem je initiatief? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Ter versterking van het financiële team zoeken we een Medewerker Boekhouding & Financiële Administratie. In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je de financiële afdeling en zorg je mee voor een correcte, efficiënte en tijdige verwerking van de boekhoudkundige administratie.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Boekhouding & financiële administratie
  • Je staat in voor het inboeken van aankoopfacturen en financiële dagboeken.
  • Je verzorgt de verkoopfacturatie en volgt openstaande vorderingen op.
  • Je neemt het debiteurenbeheer voor je rekening en bewaakt de kredietlimieten.
  • Je bereidt leveranciersbetalingen voor.
  • Je ondersteunt bij diverse aangiftes, zoals btw, Intrastat en Prodcom.
  • Je bereidt gegevens voor de maand- en jaarafsluitingen voor.
  • Je bewaakt de brutomarges en beheert de kostprijzen in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je voert diverse administratieve en boekhoudkundige taken uit en draagt bij aan een correcte financiële verwerking.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige afdeling. Ervaring in de bouwsector is een pluspunt.
  • Ook schoolverlaters met een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit komen in aanmerking.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je kennis verder uit te breiden.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt proactief.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met administratieve systemen. Ervaring met Briljant Account en Administrator is een extra troef.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
