Voor een stabiel en familiaal bouwbedrijf met een rijke geschiedenis zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren medewerker bouw voor de afwerking.

De organisatie is actief in onder meer sociale woningbouw en appartementsbouw.

  • Als medewerker bouw werk je zelfstandig op verschillende werven. Je vertrekt rechtstreeks van thuis met een camionette naar de werf en staat in voor uiteenlopende afwerkings- en herstellingswerken.
  • Herstellen van plakwerken
  • Plaatsen van ventilatieroosters
  • Kleine metselwerken uitvoeren
  • Plaatsen en herstellen van vensterbanken
  • Kleine afwerkings- en herstellingswerken
  • Schoonmaken en netjes achterlaten van de werkplek
  • Algemene werkzaamheden die nodig zijn voor een kwalitatieve afwerking van de werf
  • Je werkt steeds zelfstandig en alleen op de werf. Je komt daarnaast regelmatig in contact met onderaannemers.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in afwerking en algemene herstellingen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je bent flexibel in je takenpakket en vindt het leuk om verschillende soorten werken uit te voeren.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en kunt zelfstandig naar de werven rijden.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van Frans of Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om in verschillende regio's te werken.
  • Werkuren Je werkt 40 uur per week volgens een vast uurrooster:

Maandag: 7u00 – 15u00 Dinsdag t.e.m. donderdag: 7u00 – 16u15 Vrijdag: 7u00 – 15u00 Je start om 7u00 rechtstreeks op de werf.
