Medewerker Bureau Verplichte Zorg Amstelveen 24-32 uur/wk Amstelveen € 2888,- / € 3917,- bruto p.m. Werk mee aan zorg die zorgvuldig én volgens de regels wordt georganiseerd Als medewerker Bureau Verplichte Zorg speel je een belangrijke rol in de uitvoering van de Wet verplichte geestelijke gezondheidszorg (Wvggz). Jij zorgt ervoor dat procedures en termijnen goed worden bewaakt en dat de juiste informatie op het juiste moment bij de juiste partijen terechtkomt. Je werkt nauw samen met de geneesheer-directeur en behandelaren en hebt contact met onder andere rechtbanken, advocaten, het Openbaar Ministerie en de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd. Een functie waarin nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en goed kunnen schakelen samenkomen. Wat ga je doen als Medewerker Bureau Verplichte Zorg? - Je ondersteunt de geneesheer-directeur bij de uitvoering van de Wvggz. - Je voert verschillende Wvggz procedures uit en zorgt dat de juiste stukken tijdig worden aangeleverd bij onder andere het Openbaar Ministerie en de rechtbank. - Je bewaakt proactief proces- en controletermijnen, zowel intern als extern. - Je zorgt voor een goede planning van beoordelingstermijnen. - Je handelt inkomende telefoongesprekken af en verstrekt informatie aan onder andere rechtbanken, advocaten, het ministerie en de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd. - Je signaleert knelpunten en bespreekt deze met je leidinggevende of de (waarnemend) geneesheer-directeur. - Je overlegt met de geneesheer-directeur over de uitvoering van processen en de informatie die door behandelaren wordt aangeleverd. - Je signaleert wanneer processen of controleprocedures moeten worden aangepast en denkt mee over verbeteringen. - Je maakt interne procedurele richtlijnen en aanwijzingen bekend. - Je organiseert en ondersteunt opleidings- en instructiebijeenkomsten over de Wvggz.
