Dat is een salaris tussen de € 3.246,00 en € 4.556,00 op basis van een 36-urige werkweek. - Bovenop je salaris krijg je een individueel keuzebudget van 17,05%. - 144 uur wettelijk + 57,6 uur bovenwettelijk verlof per jaar (bij een 36-urige werkweek). - Een uitstekende pensioenopbouw bij ABP, waarvan de werkgever 70% betaalt. - Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast contract. - Ruimte om, wanneer jouw functie dit toelaat, hybride te werken. Waarvan minimaal 50% op de werklocatie. Je inventariseert grondig wensen en behoeften, houdt verwachtingen realistisch en je kunt omgaan met weerstand. Hierbij toon je respect, ben je integer en betrouwbaar. Je bekijkt samen met de inwoner wat er nodig is om problemen op te lossen. Hierbij heb je oog voor de kwaliteitseisen vanuit wet- en regelgeving.
