Bij de Rijksdienst voor Identiteitsgegevens in Den Haag gebruik je jouw kennis om burgers en gemeenten verder te helpen met belangrijke vragen over identiteit en reisdocumenten. Wat ga je doen? Een afwisselende baan waarin jouw kennis van Burgerzaken goed van pas komt. Als medewerker frontoffice bij de Rijksdienst voor Identiteitsgegevens (RvIG) ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor burgers en gemeenten. Of het nu gaat om een vraag over een paspoort, identiteitsgegevens of een fout in een registratie: jij zoekt het uit en helpt mensen verder. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je krijgt verschillende vragen, denkt mee over oplossingen en schakelt met collega's als een vraag ingewikkelder is. Met jouw kennis en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je dat mensen duidelijke antwoorden krijgen en meldingen goed worden opgepakt. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je beantwoordt telefonisch en schriftelijk vragen over de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP), het burgerservicenummer (BSN), reisdocumenten en identiteitsfraude. - Je helpt burgers en gemeenten met vragen over identiteitsgegevens en fouten in overheidsregistraties. - Je gebruikt werkinstructies en kennisbronnen om zelfstandig de juiste antwoorden te vinden. - Je registreert meldingen, houdt de voortgang bij en zorgt voor een goede opvolging. - Je zoekt bij ingewikkelde vragen naar aanvullende informatie en schakelt de juiste collega's in. - Je signaleert veelgestelde vragen en knelpunten en bespreekt deze met je collega's. Je werkt 36 uur per week. Je start zo snel mogelijk voor 6 maanden, met kans op verlenging. Wie ben jij? Jij helpt mensen graag verder en wee...
