Word dan medewerker Callcenter in IJsselmuiden, bij het grootste mobiliteitsbedrijf van Nederland: Transdev! Dagelijks vervoert Connexxion Taxi Services, onderdeel van Transdev, reizigers die nét even meer tijd en aandacht nodig hebben. In diverse regio's rijden ritten van het WMO-vervoer, bedoeld voor mensen die niet zelfstandig naar hun bestemming kunnen komen, omdat lopen, fietsen of openbaar vervoer voor hen geen optie is. Zij kunnen met hun WMO-vervoerspas gebruik maken van de taxi. Als medewerker callcenter ben je onderdeel van een gemotiveerd team. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen en inboeken van taxiritten van al onze vervoerscontracten. Ook informeer je de reiziger over de status van de geboekte ritten. Je werkt tussen de 20 en 30 uur per week, in wisselende diensten tussen 06:00 en 01:00 uur. Verder werk je om het weekend.
