Kun jij rustig blijven wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt en durf je beslissingen te nemen? Dan zoeken wij jou als Medewerker Camerabewaking en Toezicht. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Camerabewaking en Toezicht (CBT) draag je bij aan de sociale veiligheid van onze reizigers en medewerkers. Je werkt vanuit de cameratoezichtruimte en houdt, wanneer dat nodig is, toezicht op haltes en stations binnen het vervoersgebied van HTM. Vanuit de cameratoezichtruimte monitor je de dagelijkse reizigersdienst. Je observeert camerabeelden uit voertuigen en van haltes, stations en tunnels. Je herkent afwijkende, dreigende of onveilige situaties en onderneemt volgens de geldende procedures de juiste actie. Bij incidenten en calamiteiten: - analyseer je snel wat er aan de hand is; - informeer je de juiste HTM-collega's; - schakel je zo nodig politie, brandweer, ambulance of andere hulpdiensten in; - leg je gebeurtenissen en genomen maatregelen zorgvuldig vast; - ondersteun je de afhandeling van het incident. Ook kun je op locatie worden ingezet. Daar houd je overzicht, neem je binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheid de noodzakelijke maatregelen en werk je nauw samen met collega's en hulpdiensten. Ook wanneer de druk oploopt, blijf je rustig, handel je slagvaardig en communiceer je duidelijk. Daarnaast ondersteun je bevoegde autoriteiten bij het veiligstellen en verstrekken van camerabeelden voor onderzoek. Hierbij werk je zorgvuldig en houd je je strikt aan de geldende privacyregels en procedures. Je levert bovendien een bijdrage aan: - het signaleren en helpen voorkomen van vandalisme, agressie en andere veiligheidsrisico's; - de uitgifte, inname en registratie van operationele hulpmiddelen; - het controleren van de inzetbaarheid van deze middelen; - het naleven v...
