Als Medewerker Cargo Office zorg jij dat vluchten en trucks administratief en operationeel goed worden voorbereid. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's in een omgeving die 24/7 in beweging is. Over de functie - Voorbereiden en administratief verwerken van import- en exportzendingen - Correct en tijdig invoeren van vrachtgegevens in de systemen - Contact onderhouden met klanten en interne afdelingen over de status van zendingen - Monitoren van processen en deadlines bewaken - Controleren (of laten controleren) van gevaarlijke stoffen - Dossiers compleet maken t.b.v. facturatie en klanten - Proactief meedenken en problemen voorkomen Over het bedrijf Je komt te werken bij een internationale luchtvrachtdienstverlener die wereldwijd actief is. Vanuit Schiphol wordt dagelijks een grote diversiteit aan vracht afgehandeld - van alledaagse goederen tot speciale en gevoelige zendingen. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken en hecht team, waar samenwerking en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan.
