Medewerker Planloket Onderwijs (detachering, 7 maanden) Spoed Bedrijfsprofiel Voor een grote landelijke publieke organisatie zoeken wij een ervaren planner voor de inzet van trainingsacteurs binnen het onderwijs. De dienstverlening is relatief nieuw. Processen en systemen sluiten daardoor nog niet altijd goed op elkaar aan. Een interessante omgeving voor iemand die gemakkelijk schakelt, overzicht houdt en ook ziet waar het beter kan. Functie omschrijving Als Medewerker Planloket zorg je ervoor dat voor iedere training of oefening de juiste acteurs op het juiste moment en op de juiste locatie beschikbaar zijn. Je ontvangt de aanvragen, verwerkt deze in de beschikbare systemen en verdeelt de opdrachten over verschillende regio's en clusters. Omdat het vaak om korte inzetperiodes gaat, ben je voortdurend bezig met plannen, aanpassen en opnieuw afstemmen. Een deel van de planning staat vooraf vast. Toch ontstaan regelmatig wijzigingen doordat iemand niet beschikbaar is of een training wordt aangepast. Jij blijft rustig, denkt creatief en zorgt dat er snel een passende oplossing komt. Wat ga je doen? - Je stelt zelfstandig planningen op voor de korte en langere termijn. - Je verwerkt nieuwe opdrachten en zorgt voor de daadwerkelijke invulling. - Je verzorgt inzetbevestigingen voor trainingsacteurs. - Je onderhoudt contact met trainingsacteurs, selectiepsychologen en onderwijsplanners. - Je beantwoordt vragen telefonisch en per e-mail. - Je signaleert knelpunten en doet voorstellen om processen en samenwerking te verbeteren. - Je neemt deel aan overleggen over externe inzet en verdere ontwikkeling van de dienstverlening. - Je stelt verschillende rapportages op.
