Als Medewerker Centraal Magazijn zorg je dat goederen, materialen en PBM’s op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je houdt grip op voorraad, administratie en leveringen binnen een internationale productieomgeving. Met jouw overzicht blijft het centrale magazijn veilig, netjes en goed georganiseerd. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Centraal Magazijn ben je voor onze opdrachtgever verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in het centrale magazijn in Tilburg. Je zorgt voor de ontvangst, opslag en uitgifte van goederen en houdt daarbij de voorraad goed in de gaten. Bestellingen en goederenbewegingen verwerk je nauwkeurig in SAP, zodat de administratie altijd actueel is. Ook ontvang je leveranciers en bezoekers en zorg je dat leveringen op de juiste manier worden afgehandeld. Daarnaast bewaak je de orde, netheid en veiligheid in het magazijn. Je hebt dagelijks contact met leveranciers, medewerkers van inkoop en interne aanvragers van materialen. Hierdoor weet je welke goederen nodig zijn en kun je snel schakelen bij vragen of afwijkingen. Ook houd je je bezig met de juiste opslag en verwerking van gevaarlijke stoffen volgens de geldende veiligheidsregels. Voor vragen over persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM’s) ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt. Je controleert voorraden, signaleert tekorten en zet tijdig nieuwe bestellingen uit. Zo combineer je logistiek, voorraadbeheer en magazijnadministratie in een afwisselende functie binnen een technische productieomgeving. Jouw werkzaamheden - Coördineren en uitvoeren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in het centrale magazijn; - Ontvangen, controleren, opslaan en uitgeven van goederen en materialen; - Verwerken van goederenbewegingen, uitgiften en bestellingen in SAP; - Beheren van de voorraad en tijdig signaleren en bestellen van benodigde goederen; - Afhandelen van leveringen en ontvangen van leveranciers en bezoekers; - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers, inkoop en interne aanvragers; - Zorgdragen voor een veili.
