We zijn per direct op zoek naar een extra parttime-medewerker in ons jonge team van centralisten. Wat ga je doen? Watertaxi Rotterdam vervoert jaarlijks 700.000 passagiers naar meer dan 50 aanlegplaatsen in de stad en haar havens. Onze vloot telt 20 boten. Ze worden bemand door een pool van 100 ervaren schippers. Een team van 20 centralisten coördineert vanuit ons basisstation alle ritten die ze dagelijks uitvoeren. Als centralist vorm je, samen met de schippers, het visitekaartje van ons bedrijf. Zowel telefonisch, online als aan de balie van ons basisstation ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor binnen- en buitenlandse klanten die een watertaxirit willen boeken. Daarnaast onderhoud je via de marifoon ook doorlopend intensief contact met al onze schepen op het water. Wat we van je vragen Je bent 8 tot 24 uur per week in wisseldiensten inzetbaar, ook 's avonds en in de weekends. Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt dus snel schakelen. Je voelt je gauw thuis in een hecht en energiek team van gedreven collega's, maar kunt ook prima zelfstandig werken. Ook bij grote drukte ben je de rots in de branding die altijd het overzicht op de planning weet te bewaren. Verder beschik je over een redelijke tot goede beheersing van het Engels en/of Duits. Wat we je bieden Een energieke werkplek op een van de mooiste locaties van Rotterdam: ons drijvende basisstation aan de Wilhelminapier bij Hotel New York. Flexibele deeltijdbaan met veel verantwoordelijkheid en de mogelijkheid om door te groeien in ons bedrijf. Salaris: €15,28 per uur vanaf 21 jaar.
