Wij heten je graag welkom!

Het team CSA (Centrale Sterilisatie Afdeling) staat te popelen om je te verwelkomen en je op de werkvloer volledig wegwijs te maken in de werking van hun dienst. Onze CSA afdeling bundelt in de campus van Rumbeke alle krachten en verzorgt de reiniging, desinfectie, verpakking en sterilisatie van alle chirurgische instrumenten en medische hulpmiddelen voor alle campussen van AZ Delta. Zo zorg je er dus voor dat de artsen ingrepen kunnen uitvoeren met correct steriel materiaal, zodat de operatie goed verloopt voor de patiënten.

Momenteel kunnen we een contract bepaalde duur van één jaar aanbieden, met eventuele kans op verlenging nadien.

Wij hebben deze job voor jou

  • Globaal genomen voer je jouw job uit volgens de procedures en veiligheidsnormen die gelden binnen de centrale sterilisatieafdeling.
  • De instrumenten dienen bij aankomst op de afdeling vooreerst manueel door jou voorgereinigd te worden in de onreine zone alvorens ze machinaal gereinigd worden.
  • Vervolgens komen ze in de reine zone terecht waar je de sets samenstelt alvorens ze worden ingepakt.
  • Tot slot worden de sets gesteriliseerd en dienen ze door jou op de juiste kar voor transport geplaatst te worden.

Wij kijken uit naar jou

  • Je dient minstens in het bezit te zijn van een diploma secundair onderwijs. Daarnaast primeert voor ons de motivatie en de goesting om binnen onze afdeling aan de slag te gaan en de job onder de knie te krijgen. Heb je reeds ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, dan is dat uiteraard mooi meegenomen!
  • Je hebt oog voor de kwaliteit van jouw werk, werkt ordelijk, streeft ernaar jouw taken perfect uit te voeren en dit alles volgens de procedures die vooropgesteld worden.
  • Je bent een aangename teamplayer die zich herkent in de waarden (https://www.azdelta.be/nl/info-over-az-delta/voorstelling-az-delta/waarden-az-delta) van AZ Delta en zich collegiaal opstelt naar de collega's toe.
  • Hoewel je graag in team werkt, deins je er niet voor terug om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en zelfstandig te werken.
  • Je stelt je flexibel op en neemt deel aan verschillende shiften. Er wordt een roulement opgemaakt zodat je ruim op voorhand jouw werkrooster kent. Er zijn verschillende mogelijke shiften waarbij je twee maal per week de late shift hebt: vroegdienst van 6u15 tot 15u15 dagdienst van 9u tot 17u30 laatdienst van 12u30 tot 21u
