In het kort: Je gaat kinderen, jongeren en hun gezinnen begeleiden bij opgroei- en opvoedvragen, gezinssituaties analyseren, crisissituaties hanteren, samenwerken met netwerkpartners en jeugdconsulenten en zorgen voor zorgvuldige registratie en verslaglegging. Onze inwoners dagen ons iedere dag uit om samen met hen het leven in de gemeente Raalte nog mooier te maken. Je krijgt bij ons niet alleen werk dat ertoe doet, je krijgt bij ons ook de ruimte en het vertrouwen om het verschil te maken. De gemeente Raalte groeit. En dat geeft kansen. Groei jij mee? Opdracht Het Centrum voor Jeugd en Gezin (CJG) Raalte is dé plek waar (aanstaande) ouders, opvoeders en jongeren terecht kunnen voor advies of ondersteuning bij vragen over opvoeden, opgroeien en gezondheid. Hier kunnen ouders elkaar ontmoeten, ervaringen delen, maar ook gewoon antwoord krijgen op vragen. Of samen met het CJG zoeken naar de ondersteuning die nodig is bij de oplossing van een lastige opgroei- of opvoedsituatie. In het CJG werken we samen om ouders en hun kinderen goed op weg te helpen. Als maatschappelijk werker binnen het CJG werk je vanuit de visie dat het kind/de jongere centraal staat. - Je biedt ondersteuning en begeleiding aan zowel het kind/de jongere als zijn of haar omgeving en andere betrokken instanties waarin de nadruk ligt op verbinding. - Je zet je actief in voor het verbeteren van de gezinssituatie en het functioneren van het kind. Dit doe je vanuit het vertrouwen in de kwaliteiten van het kind/de jongere. - Je bent in staat om een gezinsanalyse te maken. Je doet wat nodig is, komt in actie en weet ook weer los te laten.
