Voor onze supermarkt zijn we op zoek naar een voltijdse medewerker charcuterie (36,5 uur/week). Bij ons werk je niet aan een klassieke bedieningstoog. We snijden dagelijks verse charcuterie en kazen, verpakken deze zorgvuldig en zorgen ervoor dat onze klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een aantrekkelijk en kwaliteitsvol assortiment.

Je werkt nauw samen met één vaste collega. Samen vormen jullie een belangrijke schakel binnen onze winkel.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Dagelijks versnijden van charcuterie en kazen.
  • Verpakken en etiketteren volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen.
  • Zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke en verzorgde presentatie van het assortiment.
  • De voorraad opvolgen en tijdig aanvullen.
  • Waken over orde, netheid en voedselveiligheid.
  • Actief meedenken over een efficiënte werking van de afdeling.

Na je inwerkperiode krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Mee instaan voor de dagelijkse planning van de afdeling.
  • Bestellingen voorbereiden en voorraadbeheer opvolgen.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren.
  • Verbeteringen en nieuwe ideeën aanbrengen.
  • Mee verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het behalen van de doelstellingen van de afdeling.
