Wil jij impact maken in de stad én het verschil maken voor mensen? Als medewerker Civiele Incasso in het team van Bijzonder Invordering combineer je wet- en regelgeving met een mensgerichte aanpak. Jij zorgt voor een zorgvuldige en rechtmatige invordering van openstaande vorderingen, waarbij sociaal verantwoord incasseren altijd vooropstaat. Wat ga je doen? Als incassomedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in het civielrechtelijke incassotraject, waarbij je resultaatgericht werkt zonder het menselijke en maatschappelijke belang uit het oog te verliezen. Je schakelt dagelijks met verschillende partijen, houdt overzicht in complexe dossiers en weet zorgvuldig om te gaan met vertrouwelijke informatie, terwijl je actief meedenkt over hoe het werk slimmer en beter kan. - je behandelt dossiers binnen het minnelijke incassoproces en maakt duidelijke afspraken over betalingsregelingen - je onderhoudt telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met debiteuren en andere betrokken partijen - je stelt waar nodig ambtelijke documenten op, zoals dwangbevelen - je past wet- en regelgeving correct toe en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling - je adviseert interne opdrachtgevers en signaleert kansen om processen te verbeteren.
