Als Medewerker Commerciële Binnendienst ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct worden verwerkt en volgt het volledige orderproces nauwgezet op.

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen van bestaande klanten in het systeem
  • Bewaken van de volledige orderflow, van bestelling tot en met facturatie
  • Afstemmen met productie over beschikbaarheid, planning en haalbaarheid
  • Coördineren van logistiek-administratieve taken rond bestellingen en leveringen
  • Aanvragen en toekennen van los- en laadnummers
  • Opvolgen van leeggoed en bijhorende administratie
  • Dispatch van bestellingen en afstemmen van transportmogelijkheden
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en hun bestellingen proactief opvolgen
  • Voorbereiden en administratief klaarzetten van productiefiches en dossiers
  • Bieden van algemene commerciële en administratieve ondersteuning
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere werkprocessen en verbeteringen binnen de binnendienst
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding en hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende interne en externe contacten
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht
  • Je bent administratief sterk en leert vlot werken met digitale tools en ordersystemen
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis Frans en kunt klanten hierin verder helpen
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team
  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst, orderverwerking of een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt
  • Affiniteit met een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen
