Je wordt de schakel tussen klanten, onderdelen en techniek.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als medewerker commerciële binnendienst help je klanten verder met technische vragen en onderdelenaanvragen.
  • Je adviseert klanten telefonisch, via mail en aan de balie.
  • Je maakt offertes en verkooporders op.
  • Je denkt technisch mee over onderdelen, compatibiliteit en beschikbaarheid.
  • Je zoekt oplossingen voor klantvragen en volgt dossiers correct op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van het magazijn, de demontageafdeling en de verkoop.
  • Je gebruikt jouw technische achtergrond dagelijks om klanten correct te adviseren.

Deze functie combineert techniek, klantencontact en administratie. Geen pure verkoopfunctie, maar wel een rol waarin je mensen helpt met de juiste technische oplossing.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de automotive sector.
  • Een achtergrond als mecanicien, carrossier of technisch medewerker is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent vlot met computers en administratieve systemen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Extra talen zijn mooi meegenomen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's maar kan ook zelfstandig functioneren.
  • Ervaring in verkoop is geen vereiste. De commerciële kant van de job leren we je graag aan.
