Als Medewerker Commerciële Binnendienst Buitenaanleg bij Gravelart ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten en onze steengoede oplossingen.

Je adviseert met kennis van zaken, praat met passie over keien, grassen en grondverbeteraars, en begeleidt elke klant naar de perfecte basis voor hun tuin, terras of park. Telefonisch, face-to-face of via mail — jij laat elke klant met een goed gevoel en een sterke ondergrond vertrekken.

Hier geen gladde verkooppraat, wel échte connectie. Want jij weet: de juiste bodem maakt het verschil.

Wat doe jij?

Als Medewerker Commerciële Binnendienst Buitenaanleg in Lochristi ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je combineert commercieel klantencontact met een actieve rol aan de balie. Klanten die langskomen in onze vestiging help je persoonlijk verder: je luistert naar hun vraag, geeft advies en zoekt samen met hen naar de juiste oplossing.

  • Daarnaast: Je helpt klanten verder aan de balie, telefonisch en via mail en zorgt voor een professionele en persoonlijke service. Je luistert naar de behoefte van de klant, stelt de juiste vragen en adviseert hen over onze producten en oplossingen. Je maakt offertes op en volgt deze actief op. Je probeert aanvragen om te zetten in concrete bestellingen. Je herkent commerciële kansen en neemt zelf initiatief om klanten opnieuw te contacteren en opportuniteiten verder uit te werken. Je verwerkt bestellingen en volgt klantendossiers correct op van aanvraag tot bestelling. Je bouwt productkennis op zodat je klanten steeds sterker kunt adviseren. Technische voorkennis is mooi meegenomen, maar onze producten leren we je kennen. Je ondersteunt onze vertegenwoordigers en werkt nauw samen met je collega's om klanten zo goed mogelijk verder te helpen. Je neemt vragen en klachten vast en zoekt mee naar een passende oplossing. Je zorgt samen met je collega's voor een vlotte werking van de vestiging in Lochristi en springt bij waar nodig.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je houdt van duidelijke doelstellingen, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je resultaten en gebruikt KPI's als kompas om continu vooruitgang te boeken.
  • Je hebt een neus voor verkoopkansen en weet klanten op een natuurlijke manier te overtuigen. Vertrouwen winnen? Daar draai jij je hand niet voor om.
  • Je denkt altijd in functie van de klant. Zelfs bij moeilijke vragen blijf jij kalm én oplossingsgericht.
  • Targets? Jij ziet ze als uitdaging, geen stressfactor.
  • Minstens een eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke rol. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en je kan je behelpen in het basis Frans (un petit bonjour? Ça va!).
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en wisselt vlot tussen werkuren: Week 1: 7u00 - 15u30 Week 2: 9u00 - 17u30
