Voor een ervaren Belgische familieonderneming in regio Eeklo zoeken we een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst die klantenservice combineert met een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid. Met meerdere generaties vakkennis op de teller heeft deze onderneming een stevige expertise opgebouwd in de ontwikkeling en productie van matrassen en boxsprings voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. De productie gebeurt volledig in België, waarbij ook belangrijke onderdelen van het eindproduct in eigen beheer worden vervaardigd. Zo houdt het bedrijf grip op het volledige productieproces en staat kwaliteit en vakmanschap centraal in iedere slaapoplossing.

De producten vinden via een uitgebreid netwerk van verkooppunten hun weg naar de eindklant. Achter deze werking staat een organisatie waarin sales, productie, planning en logistiek nauw samenwerken. In jouw rol als Binnendienst Medewerker vorm je hierin een belangrijke commerciële schakel en draag je mee bij aan de service waarop klanten dagelijks rekenen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je een vast aanspreekpunt voor klanten, verwerk je bestellingen en bewaak je een correcte opvolging van hun dossiers
  • Daarnaast onderhoud je dagelijks telefonisch en schriftelijk klantencontact en zoek je bij vragen of aftersalesdossiers mee naar een geschikte oplossing
  • Vanuit jouw commerciële rol ondersteun je de vertegenwoordigers, signaleer je opportuniteiten en help je hen om de klantenportefeuille verder te bedienen
  • Samen met productie, planning en logistiek stem je dagelijks lopende dossiers af en zorg je ervoor dat de nodige informatie vlot doorstroomt
  • Tot slot draag je bij aan beurzen en commerciële acties en neem je initiatief om dossiers vooruit te helpen
  • Een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid vormt de basis, waarbij je initiatief neemt, oplossingsgericht meedenkt en nauwkeurig verschillende dossiers opvolgt
  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst is een mooie troef, waarbij motivatie en leergierigheid minstens even belangrijk zijn
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, terwijl kennis van Engels en/of Duits een bijkomende troef vormt
