Voor een internationale organisatie in Delft zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Medewerker Customer Service & Orderverwerking. Je treedt direct in dienst, werkt 36 tot 40 uur per week en kunt na je inwerkperiode hybride werken.

Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Customer Service & Orderverwerking ben je onderdeel van een betrokken team en ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je houdt je voornamelijk bezig met het verwerken van orders en het beantwoorden van klantvragen. Van de binnenkomst van een bestelling tot de verdere afhandeling: jij zorgt dat alles netjes en op tijd wordt geregeld.

De functie is lekker afwisselend. Het ene moment verwerk je een order in SAP, terwijl je daarna een klant helpt met een vraag over een bestelling of levering. Ook stem je regelmatig af met collega's, transporteurs en andere betrokken partijen.

Wanneer je de Nederlandse markt en de basisprocessen goed onder de knie hebt, breid je jouw werkzaamheden stap voor stap uit. Zo krijg je steeds meer te maken met internationale klanten en processen.

De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Verwerken en invoeren van binnenkomende orders in SAP; - Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail; - Informeren van klanten over orders, leveringen en eventuele wijzigingen; - Bijhouden en controleren van administratieve gegevens; - Afstemmen met collega's en externe partijen, zoals transporteurs; - Bewaken van de voortgang van orders en leveringen; - Ondersteunen bij internationale klant- en orderprocessen; - Op termijn oppakken van werkzaamheden rondom export, douane en internationale zendingen.

Wat bieden wij? - Een functie van 36 tot 40 uur per week; - Direct in dienst bij de organisatie; - Een salaris tussen €2.800,- en €3.800,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - 8% vakanti
