De functie inhoud

  • Orderverwerking van A tot Z: je beheert alle binnenkomende orders administratief en zorgt dat deze zorgvuldig worden verwerkt.
  • Samenwerking met productie: je volgt de productie mee op samen met je collega’s en zorgt dat alles volgens plan verloopt.
  • Documentbeheer: je vult nauwgezet alle benodigde documenten in. Bij ontbrekende informatie neem je direct contact op met ziekenhuizen of collega’s om het dossier compleet te maken.
  • Levering van hulpmiddelen: je houdt alles in de gaten, informeert je collega’s over geplande leveringen, en regelt afspraken met patiënten voor een vlotte aflevering.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor administratie: jij bent de go-to persoon voor alle administratieve vragen omtrent orders.
