Als Medewerker Communicatie Logistiek vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, transport en de verschillende interne afdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen correct en tijdig geïnformeerd is over de leveringen en ondersteunt daarnaast de logistieke afdeling op administratief vlak.

  • Je staat in voor de communicatie met klanten over hun leveringen.
  • Je informeert klanten over levermomenten, wijzigingen of eventuele vertragingen.
  • Je onderhoudt een vlotte communicatie tussen de transportafdeling en de klanten.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte interne informatiedoorstroming tussen de verschillende diensten.
  • Je volgt vragen of problemen rond leveringen op en denkt actief mee naar een oplossing.
  • Je ondersteunt de logistieke afdeling bij verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat informatie correct wordt verwerkt en opgevolgd.
  • Je bewaakt mee een vlotte logistieke dienstverlening naar de klant toe.
  • Je bent sterk communicatief en houdt ervan om veel contact te hebben met klanten en collega's.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands én Frans.
  • Je bent proactief en wacht niet af wanneer er zich een probleem voordoet.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt het hoofd koel wanneer een planning wijzigt.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, maar verliest daarbij de details niet uit het oog.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je kan zelfstandig je werkzaamheden plannen en opvolgen.
  • Je voelt je goed in een omgeving waar logistiek, administratie en klantencontact samenkomen.
