Dit is de functie Als medewerker Communicatie & Support binnen de HuisartsenService (HAS) ben jij de verbindende factor tussen de organisatie en onze doelgroep: huisartsenpraktijken in heel Nederland. Dankzij jouw inzet weten praktijken precies wat HAS voor hen kan betekenen én blijven we zichtbaar, relevant en professioneel in beeld. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatiekalender en coördineert uitingen zoals de HAS Krant, het HAS Magazine en het Nieuwsbulletin. Ook beheer je onze websites en zorg je dat deze actueel blijven. Je weet precies hoe we de juiste boodschap op de juiste plek krijgen - van LinkedIn-post tot slimme samenwerkingen met externe partijen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen HAS en met onze redactionele partners, zoals Buro33. Of je nu een redactievergadering plant, de inhoud voor het volgende Magazine bewaakt, of een slimme nieuwe rubriek voorstelt, jij hebt overzicht, denkt vooruit en voert uit. Wat ga je doen? - Jaarplanning maken en bewaken voor alle communicatie-uitingen van HAS; - Redactie en coördinatie van het HAS Magazine, de HAS Krant en het HAS Nieuwsbulletin (4x per jaar); - Redactievergaderingen organiseren en voorbereiden; - Beheer en actualisatie van de websites: huisartsenservice.nl, huisarts-nascholing.nl en has-academy.nl; - Opzetten, onderhouden en boosten van de sociale media kanalen, zoals de LinkedIn-community van HAS; Vereist...
